Under the Dream Act, undocumented students may be eligible for New York State administered grants and scholarships. You cannot receive federal aid unless you are a U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen.
I am a US citizen but my parents are undocumented. Do my parents’ immigration status affect the financial aid resources available to me?

- Your information shared with Castlebranch and/or MyCertiphi background check agencies will be secure and confidential.
- Resident status will not affect your background check(s).
- Be sure to list your permanent address on your background check(s).
